I asked the gentleman if the potatoes were vegetarian as they were sitting in a broth and he kindly let me know they were. The next lady serving my boyfriend was using the same tongs to grab the chicken as the potatoes. I told her I no longer wanted the potatoes as I didn’t realize she was using the same tongs for everything and she just opens the potatoes and aggressively dumps it back into the bin with the potatoes saying absolutely nothing. While the next lady was cashing out my boyfriend I told her they should use different tongs for the potatoes as the potatoes are vegetarian. She literally rolled her eyes at me and said nothing continuing to cash out my boyfriend. I found this incredibly rude as for the second time I am completely ignored and looked at like I just inconvenienced them? I had to say ‘sorry I didn’t get your response?’ for her to actually address me and she said ‘we usually don’t recommend vegetarians to eat here, you should have said you were vegetarian’ I proceeded to tell her I did. I find this extremely rude. Not only ignored, but told vegetarians shouldn’t eat here? Due to the laziness? I’m very confused it seems to me that there is multiple vegetarian dishes for sale here but no problem. As the employee told me, vegetarians should not eat here. Will not...
Read moreBy far the worse greek food i have EVER eaten (and I've had some suspect greek). Got 2 chicken souvlaki dinners - looked good from the outside angle looking in. They came out to about $16 each - so I expect them to at least give me a decent portion.
They fluffed up my salad to make it look bigger than it was, popped a whole single slice of tomato (cut in two for reference), and then gave about a scoop of rice. The potatoes and chicken were a different story. The must source their chicken now from Michelangelo's (think No Frills prepackaged souvlaki) because it was small and over-seasoned. Not to mention it was BURNT to crisp at the ends which pretty much meant I only had 3 edible pieces of chicken. The potatoes were also burned/overcooked on one side. Hot sauce was also an oily mess.
Only saving grace was the tzatsiki was still good, for what its worth. Never buying...
Read moreI am the person today at 2:30 complained about the Roast Lamb, the Roast lamb was in parts black from top, I thought it was over cooked but at least fresh, it turned out to be Old and Dry, I returned the try with the lamb to the manager and showed her, I told her I am not there for the refund (I did not take it) I explained to her how shame that is, you take good money for a meal and you give food not even eatable by wild animals, shame on Brand they do not do a quality check on the franchisors to see how bad they are behaving, I thought I might submit and formal complain at a formal body for consumer but thought I do not have time for back and fourth, last advise when you buy anything from this franchise make sure it is Fresh up to the money you are paying otherwise through it in their face as I did today, shame on you...
