Spruce Grove Park — Attraction in Whistler Resort Municipality

This is really a special place, and a favourite of locals. It's about a 5 acre parcel that includes 3 really, really well-maintained softball diamonds, a centre with bathrooms and eating base that serves great cheeseburgers and hot dogs and such nightly throughout the summer except Saturday night. Great place to watch a local softball game or two. It has a rooftop patio, with some of the best views of Whistler and Blackcomb in the valley.

It is also the site of our Waldorf school for about 180 lucky children kindergarten through 12th grade.

It's near the Valley Trail and always has a dog dish for water and is also on the trail network...

It's a very picturesque area of Whistler, there is a mobile home campground here. There are walking trails along the river and further up toward the golf course and into Lost Lake area.
