Really very disappointed! I wish I could give a 0 star rating. Highly overrated place!! They charge you more than any usual place for a regular massage! Usually an hour should cost about 80$ but their price is 110$ (so obviously you expect extra ordinary service) 116$ with taxes!!

If you don’t want to work late! Don’t have an option for a late appointment. Felt cheated on time! For an hour appointment, I was taken about 7 minutes late, and then change etc so started 15 minutes late, and ended 5 minutes early! Then what’s the point in booking 1 hour appointments? Waste of my hard earned money!!

The atmosphere was not good! The room had a funky smell and no candles or any other fragrances were used! The ceiling has a huge defect (leak water mark) overall doesn’t give you a sense of relaxation at all!

The massage was not satisfactory- as the therapist seemed very rude! The massage did not feel relaxing! Instead I am in discomfort now! He was in such a hurry that I wasn’t even done paying he was out the clinic door!

I have gone to a few different places in the city for massages, however, the Massage Addict location in Kildonan Crossing is by FAR THE BEST! The front staff (Grace, Morgan, & Greg) are so kind and welcoming. I instantly feel in better spirits when I enter. I receive massage treatments by various staff members. Okay.. all are amazing, and very good at their job. I have bad back pain from doing office work for over 10 years and seeing them on a monthly basis should be mandatory. I work all day for work so this is my one time to unwind and I look forward to it always. I also receive monthly acupuncture treatments with cupping… wow so good. I recommend you signing up to be a annual member (free) and you receive a big discount on your massages monthly. This also motivates me to actually use my insurance because when you sign up for the plan, you need to go once a month which is exactly the push I need. I recommend Massage Addict 110%. It's a good place, massage was great. But I found each time I go the massage starts later than the scheduled time but ends on time. For example appointment is 1pm to 2pm, they suggest you arrive a few minutes early. Once you're in the room and they ask you to get undressed to what you're comfortable, takes the person a long time to come back in to start the massage. So massage starts maybe 10min later than 1pm but ends at exactly 2pm. So I don't know, I go back because the massage is great and they offer prenatal massages, I find myself not tipping more than I'd like to because I feel a bit cheated on the massage time. I know 10min may not be a lot of time but if I've arrived few minutes early to register etc, I'd also appreciate the appointment to...
