Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

this is the worst experience i have ever had at boston pizza. our server was TERRIBLE. she didn’t tell us her name, so im not sure what it is… but she had blown ish blonde short hair. me and my cousin sat down, didn’t get greeted for like 10 mins, it wasn’t even busy either. our server wasn’t friendly, she was rude, and kept ignoring us. as soon as we sat down when we FINALLY got greeted, we told her right away we want our appetizer, she said okay and went to go get it started, 15 mins later, these 2 groups of 2 other people sit down, they get service the SECOND they sat down, and got to order right away too. we tried to flag her down like 4-5 times for her to take our order, she just looked at us, went to go talk to the other tables that sat down and ignored us. our menus were closed and were sitting on the edge of the table for like 20 mins, she didn’t come take our order. after what felt like forever she finally took our order, (has also been over 30 mins since we told her we wanted our appetizer) our appetizer took a total of 45 MINUTES!! the other people who sat down wayyyy after us already got their appetizers and full meals before we even got our appetizer. as a server, i have never left no tip, even when the service wasn’t great, but this experience is the worst i’ve ever had at any restaurant. our bill was $59.30, i left her $60. i will never come back to this location again after this. also, when we wanted our bill, it took her forever to even come our way, we tried asking for our bill multiple times only to get ignored. we wanted the machine, tried flagging her down many times, and she wouldn’t even bring the machine our way. we had to leave cash on the table and just got up and left, we didn’t want to be there anymore. also didn’t even ask us how our food was, AND my food was even cold! i wanted to tell her but couldn’t even get her attention as she was busy flirting with these old men. disgusting, anyways, worst experience ever, i wish i knew her name because if you have her as your server good luck lmao, i would rate this experience 0...

My friend and I went for a late night bite to eat , we ordered cactus cuts with ranch and a chicken Caesar salad with no Parmesan. When the food came out , they had forgotten the ranch and the salad had parmesan on it. We waited nearly 25 minutes for our server to return to see how everything was tasting. After explaining the mistake she took the untouched food to the back and brought back the same cactus cuts that she took from the table which were now stone cold after sitting on our table while waiting for a quality check , to which we then had to ask again for them to be remade. When they came out they looked and tasted like they had been put back into the fryer. The Caesar salad “ remake “ came out looking as ordered, upon the first bite of chicken which had been reused from the first plate as it was stone cold as well and had remnants of Parmesan that they had tried to shake off. Our server returned at the end of our meal and dessert to ask if everything was “ fine this time “ and if we needed a refill on our drinks. Our plates were never cleared at the table , our spoons were placed directly on the dirty table and we paid full price after a 2 hour experience and re used food. Normally a great place to go but tonight...

Monday night after a busy day making turkey sandwiches & handing to the homeless, went for a brisk cool walk at a dog park decided on the way home head to BP for dinner to treat myself. Hmmmmm lounge or dinner room. I chose the dining room to relax. The atmosphere was perfect. Greeted by a lovely young lady took me to a booth by the window excellent choice. Now decide what to have something I do not have at home. Drink JD with ice ‘n lime slush no soda pop mmmmm Now what to eat jambalaya my favourite. Jacob my server suggested to add cheese on top. Shortly after he left he returns with my meal. My taste buds were jumping with the flavours in my mouth. Sooooo good. Read a few messages while I ate. You could hear others talking in the background was not loud but people enjoying each others company. I was able to finish half of my meal. I will have a wonderful lunch for tomorrow. Jacob asked if I wanted dessert. I thought about and was full not wanting to be over full. I think next time order the dessert enjoy it and take full meal home.
