Update: obviously giving this place a shot was just a one time good deal because I have gone there a number of times since this a great first visit and every time since it has been absolutely terrible. The second time I went, there was jalapeños on my hook and ladder which it doesn’t come with them. The third time that I went I received the wrong sandwiches in my bag that had my name on it. The fourth time that I tried them, I had the coupon which wasn’t actually their fault but through the app the coupon didn’t work. My order got placed two times which was a little bit frustrating and that brings me to my fifth time I placed the order through the app for a delivery my order gets here and it is completely the wrong order with the wrong name on the bag and everything I call the store. They tell me that I need to do the chat. I go to do the chat, which offered me a significantly lower coupon or if I wanted to talk to an agent, it says that they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours so I am out food and I am out my money so thank you so much for the great service

Read moreCame in at 6:56pm on a Thursday, it was extremely busy but I decided to wait, the staff taking the orders were definitely not going above to take your order, no eta, no upselling or asking if you want a drink with that. I waited 1 hour and 10 mins to get my one Canadian Club sandwich to go. This is fast food, I watched one staff in kitchen just stand there stunned the whole time just like order taker. I realize that this location is brand new but where is the staff that provides the experience. Did they ever try to let you know wait time? Nope! Did they ever come to the dinning room to offer the customers any type of compensation for the wait or provide an experience that makes you want to come back once they got things together? Nope!!!
With that being said the food was amazing and the few staff out of probably 50 were customer service when it came to apologizing at the counter when you got in the kitchen they should be able to move sandwiches like crazy but it was very clear that the staff had no type of training or motivation to push themselves. We’re talking Submarine sandwiches in a fast food restaurant an hour and 10 minutes it’s just not acceptable if I was the owner I’d be saying you all get refund here’s your sandwich go on with your day please come back
I do have to commend the customers in the waiting room there were a few that were up at the counter where they order quite a few times. Everybody Quite patient and respectful.

Might go back when they aren’t as busy but tbh probably won’t, don’t waste your time here it’s just a Quiznos, 20$ for a sub then 13$ more for double meat…what is it dipped in gold lmao. Don’t even bother trying to order online they up charge another 7$ per sub and after all the extra fees you will pay 40$ for like I said before a mid sub at best. Honestly the biggest problem this place has moving forward is the staff, they are terrible, they don’t really care about what they are putting out there and frankly I don’t think they even understand the menu so good luck getting what you actually order lol, online orders will be incorrect. Update. Ordered the French dip on white, the bread was doughy and barely toasted, the meat was cold and covered only 2/3 of the bun so you get weird huge chunks of cold meat, the sorry excuse for an au jus was just brown water(also cold) with barely any flavour whatsoever, as if they just watered down a packet of beef gravy.
