El terminal tiene buen acceso exterior en vehículo y/o transporte público, en las horas punta considerar tacos de 10 o más minutos. El interior queda al debe con la seguridad, no se aprecia sistema de vigilancia adecuado, con suficientes cámaras y personal de seguridad. Se debe tener precaución con las pertenencias por reiterados robos de equipaje, celulares y carteras. Un inconveniente para quienes llegamos temprano es que los locales comerciales no abren a primera hora, 08:00 AM o antes, así que tomar un café o desayuno temprano es algo impensado por ahora. Hay varios locales de comida, en lo personal la cafetería "Coffee Shop", tiene mesas y buena atención, el menú es mínimo pero he venido varias veces y hasta ahora todo rico y fresco. La atención excelente. Cuenta con comercio variado para comprar accesorios electrónicos, comida rápida y una panadería. Los baños están en el nivel inferior, se encontraban limpios, pero algunas instalaciones deterioradas por el uso. Un detalle es que las puertas que tienen acceso al paseo costanera (mar) siempre las encuentro cerradas.
