During our last stay at Beijing, we spent 5 nights in the Hilton Wangfujing. To get there, we’ve ordered the limousine pick-up service from the hotel (e.g. Mercedes Benz S350: 1050 CNY), what was very convenient. The welcome at the front desk was very friendly and our luggage was brought directly to our room. I had booked an Executive King Deluxe Room which includes access to the Executive Lounge and online check-in in advance. A room was automatically suggested from the system but I changed it to a room on the highest floor at the same level of the Executive Lounge - that was probably a fault: next to our room, there was the door for the supplies for the lounge and housekeeping which caused noise early in the morning and late in the evening. But the room was big (I think 50 sq.m.) and clean and the housekeeping service was very attentive and efficient. Especially the big bathroom and the walk-in closet was very convenient. However the room needs renovation! Especially the area of the desk showed significant signs of attrition and was not adequate a 5 star hotel. The rich breakfast buffet however leaves no wish unfulfilled: you can get everything from continental breakfast to Chinese wheat noodles, pancake, fruit… The location of the hotel is very good if you want to visit the Forbidden City, Tiananmen, Jingshan Park, Zhongshan Park, National Museum of China, and Quianmen Street. All these places can be reached within walking distance (20 - 35 Minutes). Wangfujing pedestrian street is located within 3 minutes walking distance. There are many good restaurants in that area (have a look at the higher floors of the surrounding shopping malls). There is also a SPA area in the hotel (I SPA) which I would recommend: it’s not cheap but you get a professional massage in a relaxing atmosphere. For the transfer back to the airport, we decided not to book a limousine from the hotel, but from „Catherine Lu Tours“ as we had made good experiences with the private tours offered by „Catherine Lu Tours“ during our stay. This wasn’t a Mercedes, but a modern air conditioned 5 seat car as well (300 CNY).

The Hilton Beijing Wangfujing is one of my all time favorite hotels. Upon check-in we were upgraded to a suite. Ther room was very impressive with over looking views of downtown Beijing and modern amenities inside the hotel room. Hilton surprised us with a dessert platter when we got to our room as well. We were extremely impressed with the Hilton staff. The maid staff clean the rooms twice a day (if you would like). They provide plenty of fresh water bottles for you to drink throughout the day. The executive lounge staff was also very remarkable. Jade in particular was extremely accommodating. She made our executive lounge experience a delight whenever we checked in. The food was delicious too and there are multiple options to choose from. For breakfast, the buffet had one of the largest spreads of foods I've seen in a complimentary hotel breakfast. The was a great mix of Western and Chinese options. There is also Tea time, Happy Hour, and other restaurants to choose from throughout the day. Lastly, the pool and gym went above and beyond where they need to be for being in a hotel. We absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing and would recommend it to everyone!

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing on the 9th floor. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. I was warmly greeted, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. A special thank you to Jeff Li, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional – not only was I upgraded, but I also received access to the executive lounge. The staff was incredibly attentive, even assisting me with my bags and bringing them to my room, which I greatly appreciated after a long journey. The complimentary breakfast for two each morning was a wonderful touch, offering a great selection and a perfect start to the day. The executive lounge was a highlight, providing a comfortable space to unwind with great offerings. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – right near shopping centers, which made it convenient for my quick visit to Beijing. Overall, the stay was seamless and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism from the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in the heart of Beijing. I look forward to returning in the future!

Easy to get here from the subway. When we arrived, there was an outage to the Hilton computer system so we were directed to the Executive Lounge to check-in. Once we checked-in we went straight to the room and shortly after they delivered our luggage. The room is huge. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like that or if it's just ours, but there is plenty of space for a family of 3. To use the pool, they require swimming caps. We didn't have any, but they have stores nearby in Wangfujing that sell swim caps for adults and children. There is a huge area for breakfast and there is a great selection of both Chinese and Western options. They do charge 50% for children. Wife and I were provided free breakfast because of our status. The room isn't 100% sound proof as you can hear your neighbours. It's not a big problem, but it can be noticeable at night especially when the mom is yelling at the kids to behave or something. Checking out was a breeze. They confirmed no additional charges (aside from our daughter's breakfast) and that was it.

As usual Hilton always impress me with their impeccable service! I shopped too much and was worried about how to bring all my popland purchases back home, and the manager helped us bring 3 big boxes for us to conveniently pack and she even gave us the ducktape too! Love this hotel! And its so spacious too!!
