Hsin Kuang Banquet — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I can promise you that it was quite an experience having dinner here. I shall the meal I had there. At the very moment you enter the main entrance, you see a grand front desk besides you. It gives a feel like the guests are in an open restaurant in a hotel. I must give my compliments on the lavish interior of the restaurant. There is a huge screen, or television, the windows and the curtains at the back. I found my table in front of the main entrance and went over the menu, especially the twin jumbo combo dinner. At first, I thought it was too expensive for me. However, as soon as the dishes arrived, I changed my mind completely. For 400 dollars, the soup was already astonishing. There were two chicken feet, conches and the soup taste really good. The main dish was gorgeous. The Spicy Boiled Fish was full of slices of fish, toufu, etc. It cost over 260 in somewhere else. There was a shrimp noodles in cheese and it was as good as the fish. The cups there were wine glasses. The abalones were icy with wasabi. Such an enjoyment of a lifetime. Went to eat with my grandparents for lunch and this is a first time. Incredibly disrespectful to elders, asked a simple question on which paper to mark for lunch and got lashed with facial expressions and eye rolls. I understand the situation was in a rush, but no one should be disrespectful regardless. Clearly the place is understaffed, with four people walking around and serving 25+ tables on the floor. Not recommend. The taro pastry inside taste like some acidic chemicals.
