Very disappointing experience

We had a confirmed booking for the 13:00–15:30 session on September 13, but when we arrived, we were denied entry because another private party had been booked for the same time. Despite our confirmed reservation and having come with our child excited to enjoy the facility, we were told we could not enter.

While a staff member named Xavier apologized and promised a full refund, it’s been weeks and no confirmation or follow-up has been received despite multiple emails.

This experience was extremely disappointing not only because of the ruined plans for our child but also due to the lack of accountability and poor communication afterward. I sincerely hope the management reviews their booking process to prevent double booking incidents like this in the future and improves their customer service...

Lots of space with nothing much to do. We've come here when it opened last year, and visited again today. The place is becoming more and more sad and empty. Aside from the fact that it is not entirely kid-proofed, the activities are super limited compared to other playhouses.
