Visited Man Ho Chinese Restaurant twice with my family in Feb 2019. The standard of Chinese food served right here is outstanding. The atmosphere is so relaxed and quiet, not the common adjectives to describe a Chinese Restaurant (normally it’s very lively, loud and crowded when you engage in ‘Yum Cha’) The table we sat looked over to the newly built Boundary Crossing Terminal for the Macau Zhuhai Bridge, charming to look at from a distance. Dishes we ordered include: Peking Duck, Steamed Fish on Floater Leaf, Tantan Noodles, Sesame Rice Balls etc. The waiting service is also exceptionally attentive and welcoming. Prices to dine here will exceed HKD$200/person, but you can get discounts as a club Marriott member.

For a 190€ dinner, I expect not to find strands of hair on the tablecloth and for them to change a cutlery if it falls (especially if the waiter himself picks it up! Funny fact. I guess the guy who picked it up was the manager ). They really lack the basics of hospitality service. Work on it and train your waiters, or even better, replace the...
