Spotlight Bar — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Attended an event at the Asia World Expo, and had lunch at this noodle bar. . I ordered the Noodles with Dried Shrimps Roe & Chinese Chives Wonton in Broth. The wontons came with four pieces. The chives were fresh and the shrimps were plump, making the wonton mouthful and satisfying, esp after they absorbed the tasty broth. The noodles were quite chewy.

The meal came with a complimentary glass of soy milk or soft drink, and I selected soy milk, which was quite smooth with a strong bean aftertaste. . Customers have to order and collect their food at the counter, so it's kinda like self-service...

Food is ok, but service level does not match the price tag. Had to beg for utensils and clean our own table and sofa! Not many people were patronizing even though it was around 2pm on a Saturday that was also an exhibition day. 3 staff members were just standing behind the counter...
