Vivace — Restaurant in Islands District

Worst experience ever!

We didnt know there is a 15% off discount for hotel tenant until we go back to hotel room and open the TV.

When we go back to the payment counter, the manager (taller guy in the restaurant) has accused us not to mention the discount by ourselves. And he explicitly emphasised it's our fault but not their fault. After that, he "taught" us what is the right procedures of getting a discount in every restaurant. His attitude is so bad that he sounds like we didnt go to any hotel restaurants in the planet and he's the one to teach us what to do.

For every single hotel restaurant that I've been in the past 20 years, they'd popped the question "are you the hotel tenant?" when we pay the bill.

We are not talking about the random discount here but the discount related to...

難得放假就同妹妹去食好嘢 今次我哋就特意去到位於赤鱲角的 一間好有特色嘅酒店級西餐廳 「 Vivace 」 首先就係被餐廳嘅裝修裝潢所吸引 是採用地中海風格設計 位置相當寬敞又舒適 靠近落地玻璃嘅位置 可以望出酒店泳池景 而食物主要圍繞着地中海四個國家特色 包括希臘、意大利、西班牙及法國 見到餐牌有一個套餐好吸引 ⬇️ 《 MEDITERRANEAN 4-course Set Dinner Menu 》 以及order咗兩款 A la cart Menu 食物都好啱我哋嘅口味 所以我哋二人一於入去試吓❣️

🍹【 #Strawberry Lemonade 】️ 先來一杯飲品碰杯影相 賣相實在太吸引太Chill 紅色嘅沙冰堆砌成滿滿的 士多啤梨檸檬汁味道酸酸甜甜好開胃

🤍【 #Boquerones en Vinagre 】 鯷魚配香草香蒜及洋芫荽 是典型嘅西班牙Tapas 西班牙及地中海的助酒小食 細細碟大家一邊飲酒 一邊share 一齊食 而鯷魚油浸醃過鹹味嘅魚 因此味道很鮮味香濃 而麵包能夠中和其鹹味 或用作打碎成沙律醬汁或Pizza配料之用

🤎【 #Duck confit with Foie Gras 】 今晚嘅重頭戲就係呢一道主菜 法國鴨髀 鴨髀好大隻好巨型 遠處已經聞到好香 一切開鴨髀皮香脆可口 裏面嘅鴨髀肉肉質很鮮嫩 能夠鎖住肉汁仲可以保留鴨香 實在令人一試愛上了

💛【 #Linguine all’Astice 】 自製龍蝦扁意粉加$88就有 驟眼睇已經見到滿滿的龍蝦肉 肉質鮮嫩而又甜美 龍蝦汁又夠香濃十分出色 而扁意粉軟硬度適中口感不錯 每一啖都充滿着龍蝦鮮味

🖤【 #Dessert 】 第二個胃就係甜品時間 即叫即做的朱古力心太軟 配上香滑的雲呢拿雪糕 一下吉落去心太軟的香脆外皮 入面嘅朱古力流心隨即滲透出來 而且焗得恰到好處 朱古力控表示好滿足

總括而言 餐廳環境夠晒有特色 而且職員及廚師用心殷勤招待 好適合同家人、三五知己 慶祝特別日子的打卡用餐嘅好地方喔💕

Despite making a reservation through Eatigo. Upon arrival, the restaurant claimed they had no record of our booking, even though we received a confirmation.

Although the restaurant was looking empty, we were offered only a counter seat, with the promise of being transferred to a regular table if available. However, despite 40% of regular tables remaining unoccupied after 8pm, no one offered us a table.

This experience left us feeling neglected, never going back...
