The coffee shop was on the ground floor where visitors could directly access by free shuttle bus service from the airport express or Tung Chung station. There were many tables, including some with partial separations. The hot and cold dishes area, dessert and fruit area, children area, and drinks area were located in a sequence along a main walkway, allowing guests to line up for what they wanted. One side of the shop was glass walls facing the sea with a close view of the airplane taking off. During the stay, one child dropped the plate, which then broke into pieces. Read moreWe dined for the first time on 28 Dec 2024. The restaurant is far away from the city and you could expect a less crowded, cheaper and quiet dining experience. Overall limited food choices and average food quality for dinner buffet. Steak and chilled lobster were quite tough and the hot dishes were not too attractive. Dessert was ok but choices were limited. The crab legs and fruits were good while the fresh sashimi was surprising the highlight of the night.
The main problem was the minimal service except for the lady staff who helped us to change to a window seat. There were times when there were no staff to clear our plates and attend to the sashimi bar (even when it was just 7:45pm). The male sashimi chef who finally attended to the counter literally threw the salmon sashimi onto my father's plate which was extremely insulting. This is the first and last time we will dine at the restaurant. Restaurant management, please look into your sashimi...
Read moreI went to have buffet dinner 2years ago,the food was good , so I decided to go again with my family this week, well, except the sashimi and oysters are still ok ,others were really below average, I spend 1200 for 2person buffet, of course it is not a high price point nowadays , but it is not really worth the the money, lobsters texture were wired, too hard; no bread crabs, hot plate section were so narrow, Indian dish were just few dish and not very impressive to take, the barbecue steak is cold, dry, actually the Chinese food were ok but we can find better dim sum even in a local restaurant. If you do not want to be distributed during your dining moment , do not suggest going here because someone will go to your table and try to promote their yearly membership. All in all, it was really disappointed experiences and not recommended to go there for...
