Great place to stay if you have an early flight and need a reasonably priced hotel relatively close to the airport. Amenities are basic but the room feels luxurious and spacious for the price. Bed is super comfortable, the shower is great and the view is not bad at all! I’m docking off a star, however, because of how messily managed the shuttle buses are and how unnecessarily difficult it can be to get back to the hotel. They offer 2 different shuttle buses: one to and from Tung Chung MTR and the other to and from the Hong Kong International Airport. We were able to catch the first shuttle at 6:45 AM to check in 2 hours before the flight. Though there is a timetable, the buses can arrive and leave earlier. Additionally, during busier hours, some guests might have to wait 30 minutes and not have any spot on the shuttle, especially the one from Tung Chung MTR station. There is no one managing the lines there and it quickly becomes chaotic when everyone is desperately trying to get on the bus. To make things worse, it’s difficult to get a taxi or Uber from the MTR to the hotel since most drivers are uninterested in short routes unless you pay extra. The hotel should really explain upfront that it’s actually a short and easy 20-minute walk to the Citygate and MTR station, and prioritize passengers with special needs or luggage on the shuttle.

This residential area is still under development, so there are always new restaurants & shops nearby within 5-10 minutes walk to explore. You can walk for around 18 minutes, or take the hotel shuttle buses to Tung Chung MTR subway station, which means easy access to the numerous shops & restaurants & facilities at the Citygate Outlets shopping mall. Four Points & Sheraton are connected in the same complex & share some facilities. I enjoyed my stay at Four Points, thanks to Eva & Ken for their warm welcome & service. The room was clean & well maintained. It was relaxing to watch the airplanes taking off & the ferries sailing by. I didn't hear any noise from the airplanes taking off at all. The breakfast buffet at Four Points was nice with a good selection, you can add it at a discounted rate when you check in, I ended up eating too much for breakfast so I had to skip lunch & afternoon tea that day. Across the road from the hotel are local residential buildings with local shops & restaurants on the street side to explore, I saw a cha chaan tang or Hong Kong style local cafe, convenience store, & self service laundromat too. There is a ferry pier & promenade nearby to walk to, along the way you will see kids drawings that won prizes in a local contest.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Fumi, a courteous and sincere young Japanese gentleman. Fumi offered us breakfast at half price ($110pp) as a limited-time offer, which we declined. My apologies for that. I was pleasantly surprised by the punctuality of the shuttle bus driver from the airport to the hotel. Not only was he prompt, but he also willingly assisted passengers with young children—a rare sight in HKG. Upon entering the hotel, one immediately senses its charm. The expansive layout and intricate decor truly exemplify the hotel's brand. The convenience of having the elevators situated behind the reception was a relief, especially when handling heavy luggage. My city-view room was ideally located, with local eateries, a bakery, and convenience stores just across the street. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The mattress offers great comfort, and the room amenities—including a safe, iron, and ironing board—were commendable. Additionally, there were two bathrobes and various other amenities provided. However, a few areas need attention: 1. The room carpet appeared to be inadequately vacuumed, and the safe contained noticeable dust. 2. The bed linens had an unpleasant odor, indicating they might not have been properly cleaned. 3. There were signs of mold in the bathroom, particularly on the silicone grouting around the sink and shower area. 4. The lid of the electric kettle was broken, raising concerns about potential fire hazards. Despite these issues, I plan to return as my family resides in this neighborhood. I hope to see improvements upon my next visit. Stay tuned.

I would love to give this hotel 5 stars but it drops the ball in a couple of areas which means my stay wasnt perfect but pretty close. +'s Ideally located for transit flight's to and from HKG airport. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport which runs once an hour, when arriving follow all the signs for hotel buses and the bus usually stops at bays 11 or 12. We got upgraded to a "sea view" this was great, initially, but it also looks on to HKG airport which is busy therefore the rumble of departing planes is a regular occurrence. Amazing staff. One of the best, most eclectic breakfasts ive ever seen. Room was clean well laid out. -'s As previously mentioned the regular rumble of departing aircraft from HKG airport. Breakfast gets very busy as it gets used for big tour groups, thankfully this was mentioned at check in therefore we were able to avoid the worst of it. Room was small, this is def an asian hotel thing, nowhere to really put our two sizeable bags. Its a distance from hong kong island so dont assume you will be close to the city if you want to visit. This may seem petty but a plug socket on only one side of the bed.

I would like to thanks The front desk Mr.Fumi for giving me and my wife a best accomodation we've ever experienced, thank you for making us celebrate our wedding even more special on how you help us upgrade our room and gave us sweet ammenities. My wife and i will surely come back to this hotel. We love the room, the room, and the environment. The food in lantau cafe is actually good, we loved everything except we didnt feel welcome inside the restaurant that one time i had to walk to the staff just to ask water refill when we were enjoying our dinner. Im not sure if theyre quite busy but its not much of a guest around. And also some chef wasnt on their station :( so i had to wait and see who is able to serve me some steak. But luckily 1 staff called out one of the chef to serve me some steak thank you to her. The food were great ! Although the staff wasnt around much because i think they were preparing the table for the next day thats why they couldnt serve us much. But out of all i love four points sheraton hotel. Hopefully on our next visit Mr.Fumi still there to accomodate us :) .

Our very first visit to HK and we decided to stay at a Sheraton family hotel. The hotel is clean and accommodating to their guess. They tried check us in early but the room wasn’t ready. They offered to keep our luggage while we grab something to eat. I love how they provide you free bus to the center mall. When we returned the room was ready but unfortunately room 708 smelled like ashtray. So we have to come back down and ask for another room. They switched us to room 858 which was nice, clean with partial view of the water. Unfortunately, there was an elderly man who came knocking on the door late in the evening looking for his wife. Which was next door who argued all evening long. We decided to go ahead and check out early since they are back arguing again. The front desk gave us their sincere apologies and offered us to have breakfast buffet on the house. I gave them five star since the incident was out of their control plus they apologized for everything that had happened. The staff here are remarkably. I will come back to stay here again.
