My daughter found a FINGERNAIL in her food. She was chewing her food and felt something hard, she spit it out and it was a FINGERNAIL 🤢🤮Our servers were very apologetic but unfortunately, the manager came to talk to us and he decided to bring the fingernail back to our table, which had the effect of further disgusting us, to say that none of the chefs have a matching long fingernail. He apologized and said it wasn’t their fault 🤨.
The manager's apology was effectively canceled by his immediate attempt at deflecting fault in the very next sentence. ‘This nail does not belong to any of our chefs in our kitchen’. Wrong approach to resolving a food contamination issue.
Next time, do apologize, as you and staff originally had and make a better effort to resolving the issue to the complete satisfaction of your guests. For example discounting the meal beyond just removing that dish from the bill is a more effective strategy, as the situation is obviously a bad look on the establishment in the court of public opinion versus trying to deny fault and responsibility. My daughter and I didn’t place the fingernail in the meal we were presented with by your restaurant.
I would say the burden of the situation is on the establishment. Try to go a bit further to resolve the issue, to the satisfaction of your guests, not yourself. We left dissatisfied and we don’t intend on returning. That’s not the sentiment your guests should have leaving...

It is a must visit for lovers of Mexican food as we found the options for Mexican restaurants in Hong Kong relatively limited. The location by the water and upscale hotels is phenomenal. Also a great visit for anyone with a quick layover near the airport or staying by Disneyland. The promenade is currently being developed which will make the surrounding area even nicer. The ambiance was very inviting and relaxing and was great for us as a young family, but seems like a great location for bigger social functions as well.
The food was delicious. We tried the chicken nachos to start and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The cheese and sauces added great flavour but weren't overwhelming. For our main, we shared chicken fajitas. The combination of chicken, peppers and side toppings was great. Highly recommend. The portions are also great value for the money. We would also recommend trying the non-alcholic mocktails. The Passion Cucumber was particularly good and refreshing, especially after a long day of sight-seeing.
Finally, also wanted to mention the great service at the restaurant from the waitresses to the manager all the way up to the owners. The owners are a lovely couple and were so welcoming. We couldn't be more grateful for their hospitality. We will definitely be back the next time we are...

We had dinner here on Christmas Eve and was told to pay a deposit of $400 which will be deducted in the final bill. They forgot to deduct the deposit and I forgot about it as well but I've messaged them immediately the next day. Got told that they were sorry about it as it was a busy night and the refund will be done shortly. I asked for an updates on 28 Dec and they replied that the details had been passed to the accounting department. I was patient with the request and waited until 30 Jan to message them again. The response was that they will follow up and let me know but it was just another empty promise as there was no follow up at all. I had to message them again on Feb 6 and got a reply that they will 'do it tomorrow'. It was not until Feb 14 after I'd sent my ultimatum that I finally got my refund via FPS within 2 hours. All this waiting time for a simple refund of $400 which could be done by just a few clicks on phone. They seemed to have forgotten about my request and I would not get my refund if I didn't message them again. Such a messy management.
