This was the second time we had the dinner event from Chef Tom,it’s same as before also incredible. The food was delicious, and he provided the perfect amount. We really enjoyed. In this time we ordered the most famous dish from Chef Tom.
🥗Burrata & tomato Salad All the tomato come from Chef Tom garden, planted by himself, it fresh, we can taste the original flavour , all ingredients are perfectly matched.
🐙Mediterranran Octopus with Miso Eggplant This is the first time I try the octopus with Miso, it’s unexpectedly delicious, the octopus was perfect and juicy, and the eggplant also delicious.
🐑🥩Lamb Loin The lamb loin tender and juicy, with the charred onion and some veggies, and Chef Tom provided the perfect amount, so I can finish the whole dish.
🍰Lemon tart with raspberry The lemon tart not too sweet, with a little sour, it’s a perfect balance, the best dessert of the end.

I really loved Tom's charisma, flexibility to accommodate our various demanding needs in good humour as well as his passion to experiment with ingredients including promoting the use of various organic elements such as impossible beef, Omni pork, a different take on desserts and chocolate. His personalised canapés had our guests guessing and fired up our appetite before taking us on a culinary journey. Indeed, Tom and the Banyan team are quick to respond to any questions or our needs.
Tom's team of servers are polite and know their beverages, recognising the types of bottles my friends and I bring including one bottle from South Africa vineyard that cannot be bought in shops.

Read moreWe hired chef Tom last Saturday for a friend’s surprise birthday dinner, and it was a triumph! We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the food, execution and presentation, all flawless. Chef Tom is a delight to be around too, introduced each course beautifully to us. We had a “spectacular” night in our guests own words, and can highly recommend Chef Tom without hesitation.
The scallops were done to perfection, the venison tenderloin very tender and flavourful. The parsnip soup - I wasn’t sure initially, but it was so delicious and creative, I’m now a big fan. The pavlova is fresh and light. All in all, I haven’t had such nice fine dining experience for a while now since the fourth wave. It’s on par with any of the Michelin stared restaurants in my experience. What is more, the private chef concept - cooking at your home and for you only, made it even more special.
