I have been patronising this restaurant. While their food is not great, it’s good enough. However, their service is TERRIBLE. I ordered chicken rice on FOODPANDA and it says you can choose breast meat or chicken thigh but the only option given was chicken thigh, so I ordered and called to let them know I want breast meat. First, they cut the line. Then when I called again and they said there’s nothing they can do as they charge $10 more for the breast meat. I was happy to pay but they said I had to go to their restaurant to pay for it when I had ordered for delivery. When I told them there was no option on the delivery platform to choose breast meat, they said it was not their problem. They offered no solution and simply told me to cancel the order. They then said they don’t know cut the line the first time I called and it’s none of her business. Her name was Ms Kwong. AWFUL service. They obviously don’t care for the business. I stayed at the Nina island South hotel , I went to the Southside MTR mall to have supper and found this noodle cafe. The staffs were very friendly, the service was really fast. I ordered wonton tossed noodle 🍜 and tasted sooooo good, very reasonable price, but you have to expect to pay for tea and the service charge as well. I ended up to pay around HK$65 total, approx £6.50. I also found out they have also got late night service at 9pm and some of the foods were a little bit cheaper than the normal price, but the final order was at around 10:30pm coz they close at 11pm.
