PizzaExpress (Wong Chuk Hang) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

i wish i could give it a lower mark. 0 star for me. terrible food! really disappointed. tasteless, soggy , microwave food.

Ordered 2 pastas,

taste: tasteless . It says aglio olio, but the pasta has no hint of all these ingredients and very watery, almost like congee. Cheap and tasteless cheese powder is served, which adds nth. bolognese taste sour. that’s the only taste of the dish. terrible

texture: very very soft pasta. not exaggerating. worse then pasta from hk tea restaurants.

The pastas were served unnaturally piping hot, like it’s from the microwave. And i believe they were from a microwave with no doubt. i actually prefer proper microwave food then this. What a waste of ingredients. Shame on the chef!

Seriously, the pasta is overpriced and the quality is the worse i’ve tried in the world.

We had a dinner last night. Food was fine and average in standard. However there were somethings were not very pleasant.

The air conditioning was not in a good condition maybe their door was very larger and opened quite often. We had quite warm inside the restaurant but the weather outside was hot and humid.

When we would like to pay for the bill, the male manager seemed being annoyed by calling him. After he came, he did not ask me about the membership stuff and just put the credit card machine in front of me which was absolutely not polite at all. (But other staff are friendly and cheerful)

When I came back at night, I had received an email about my absence of the booking 😱and I had to reply them by taking pictures of...

I was there tonight 8.50pm Half of the restaurant was empty (its very long and literally in two sections and you can see the tables empty from the window outside) the lady at the door couldn't give us a table because she said she had to check with 'the manager' -manager: hello there is no tables available right now -us: can we site at the far end? -not there is no table -but is empty -no because we already cleaned (8.50pm) ...ready to go home -ok we wait -no because we don't know when we can give you a table. You want to order take away? -no thanks
