-Modern (2023) and still new looking (aside maybe from the shower). Cool interior design. Pretty true to the photos on the website.|-Clean and comfortable room and bed, with toiletries, safe, hairdryer, complimentary water bottles, teas and coffees (Kettle).|Double bed (1,5m, not queen) a bit small but cozy and surprisingly fine for 2.|Tiny room but compact and well designed, not a lot of room around the bed, but enough space to open a wheelie bag or 2 (there is stand, some room under the bed, an open wardrobe, 2 drawers, some shelves.) There is a small desk in some of the rooms.|Reasonably quiet room (6th floor, top floor) despite being on a main road. |Universal power extension with multiple slots. Decent free wifi. |Sunny floor-to-ceiling window with blackout curtains.|My young son and I stayed in a double room, but the family room with double bed and separated area for bunks, and with a bigger shower, looked good. |-Convenient location, with a big bus stop literally on the doorstep, with direct buses to all the sights. A good 15mn walk to the old town otherwise. Shipyards neighborhood, not a lot of soul (maybe because of CNY with lots closed), a bit gritty but kind of cool. Convenience stores, MacDonalds, coffee shops and small restaurants all around. |-Housekeeping super helpful, even with requests for extra towels etc.|24h reception service also super helpful and friendly (even at very busy CNY) |-Luggage storage possible before check-in or after check-out (ask for it to be kept in separate room and not in the small lobby)|-Perfect for a couple of nights stay, would love to stay here again.|PS: A huge thank you to Apple and the manager for helping out with the safe...

Although I stayed for 5 days, my interaction with the staff was only during check-in and check out, hence, I would not be able to rate their service higher as I did not truly experience it. Luggage can be left at the reception area after check out, they will provide you with a luggage tag that you can present when you claim it later.
The location is very good. There are restaurants, Macdonalds, Park&Shop, groceries and 7-11 nearby. It is located at the quiet area of Macau, which is the Rua Almirante Sergio. It is accessible to bus stops. It is near tourists spots - only 15 minutes walk to Ruins of St. Paul, Senado Square and Rua Felicidades (where there is a nice Portuguese retaurant). A few more steps and you will find the Grand Lisboa, the Wynn, and their central bus terminal.
The price is fair and reasonable. What I do not like about it are: (1) the room did not have a view but for its price, I am not complaining; (2) they asked a deposit of 500MOP upon check-in. If you pay with a credit card, it will probably take about 2 weeks or more to...
