Ascott Aden Shenzhen — Attraction in Shenzhen

I recently stayed at the Ascot in Shenzhen Nanshan and was impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining options.The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The bed was particularly comfortable, with high-quality linens and pillows that provided a great night's sleep.The hotel's facilities were also impressive. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, and the pool area provided a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. #ascottshenzhen stayed for 2 nights here. Walk towards Sea World then you'll find a small dumpling restaurant, a bakery, and a 7-11. It took me about 8-10 mins walk to Sea Wolrd where there are 24 hours #mcdonalds and #kfc

The hotel itself is a bit of a maze of buildings. My sis had to walk to one side, take the lift up to her room. Mine is at a different building where i had to navigate corridors, ramps and some steps. The layout of the 2bdrm is good. You enter to a living room, kitchen on one side with a built in fridge, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. There is also a cooker hob and oven too. Good for families who wants to cook simple meals.

Note: washer/dryer is rather small (6kg size) and it took us about 3.5hrs per load to get a decent dried clothes. There is an iron and ironing table too, as well as a clothes...

The hotel is in a good location, only 5 minutes away from sea world metro station and the place with all the bars and the restaurants and 10 minutes away from a huge supermarket (Olé) where you can find anything you need. They have big and comfortable apartments and they provide you everything, even detergent powder for the washing machine. The hotel might be old but it's a detail. The one and real problem is the unexperienced and many times rude staff. They even intrude in the room without knocking and with the sign on the door of don't disturb. They really don't know how to do their job. Either they need to get new trained people, or to train the people they already have.
