The Cayzedo Square is the main square of the city of Santiago de Cali, in the Department of Valle del Cauca. It is the heart of the commercial and civic life of the city. It is a park in the historic center of the department's capital, where several palm trees stretch to the sky like water jets. It was known as La Plaza Mayor during the colonial era, until 1813 which was named as Plaza de la Constitución.
