Horrible el hotel NO TE HOSPEDES AHÍ!!!

No hay agua caliente Se estanca el agua cuando te bañas y no se va por la coladera La regadera solo es el tubo no tiene regadera La pantalla de las habitaciones están rotas!!!! No sirven, no encienden y no se ve nada En la habitación, no hay luz Las fotos que tiene en Google Maps, son fotos de hace un montón de años cuando el hotel inició ahorita. Actualmente el hotel está horrible La recepcionista de la noche, Super payasa y la recepcionista del día no sabe resolver situaciones Ninguna de las dos recepcionistas te resuelve nada Y el hotel está en deplorables condiciones Por favor, no te hospedes ahí Y si te hospedas, pues vive la horrible experiencia Y sube tu reseña, para que más gente no caiga en este horrible hotel

Pagué dos noches y sólo me quedé una, por necesidad Pedí que me reembolsan el dinero de la otra noche, porque enseguida entregué la habitación y no quise hospedarme la 2da noche ahí Pedí que me devolvieran el dinero y me lo negaron, quisiera que me resolviera el hotel, los dueños o el encargado porque las recepcionistas no me resolvieron nada Por favor comuníquense conmigo...

We spent a night in Cali and this place did not disappoint. Friendly staff, good breakfast and great room with large bed and plush pillows! There is an offsite parking that is included, quite handy for us as we are travelling by Jeep across South America. This place is well priced and well located if you are planning to be in Cali.
