English versión:
My experience at Zorro Azul was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, the night was marred by an inexcusable act of discrimination by the staff at the venue.
One of my friends, who was perfectly dressed and openly identifies as homosexual, was denied entry at the bar’s door. This was clearly an act of discrimination, and I suspect it was also due to her race, as she is not white. It is unacceptable for an establishment to allow such behavior in the 21st century.
What makes this situation even more baffling is that, upon looking inside the bar, I noticed they had allowed the entry of individuals dressed notably informally and carelessly. Clearly, the refusal to let my friend in had nothing to do with the dress code, as we were initially led to believe.
Discrimination is unacceptable in any form and place, and Zorro Azul has lost my respect and my business forever due to this experience. I urge them to reflect on their policies and behaviors, as this not only tarnishes the reputation of the place but also hurts innocent people who were just looking to enjoy a special night.
I cannot recommend Zorro Azul to anyone after this experience, and I hope they take steps to rectify this...
Read moreThe rooftop has a beautiful location and a great view, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. From the start, our waitress was quite unfriendly. While serving the table next to us, she bumped into our unstable table and spilled an entire drink over our phones. She cleaned up the mess but didn’t replace the drink, and later insisted that we should pay for it. When we addressed the situation, she denied what had happened and argued with us instead of helping.
Luckily, the other staff members (the male employees) were friendly and understanding, and in the end we didn’t have to pay for the drink. Still, it’s a real shame that our evening ended this way, especially in such a...
Read moreI went with the some co-workers on a Wednesday night. It was very quiet which was nice actually. We had a great seat along the edge looking out over downtown. Great view. The staff and service were spot-on. Everything tasted delicious. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided great suggestions when asked. Trust the menu. When they say a meal serves 3, they mean it. 2 of my coworkers thought they could share a plate of ribs that served 3 and ended up taking quite a bit home. Very large servings, which I like. 😀 I highly recommend the place. I will come back again. Oh, they have Valet parking if that...
