Read moreWe went there on a day with too much cloud coverage for a decent view of the sunset, but the views of the city were still lovely. I'd recommend getting a taxi instead of the cable car if there are two or more of you as it ends up being far cheaper. We still took the cable car down for the experience though!

The journey up the hill introduces a good history of the city and its origin. There are a few points on the way up to take pictures of the city, which is beautiful.
