My recent visit to this chocolate shop was a profoundly disappointing experience, and it all came down to the service. While the chocolates themselves were as good as ever, the overall interaction with the staff was so poor that it overshadowed the quality of the products. The employee who served me seemed completely impatient, it felt as though I was a major inconvenience rather than a paying customer. It's truly a shame, because the quality of the chocolate is fantastic. However, great products can only get you so far when the customer experience is this unwelcoming.
