Home Centre — Local services in New Cairo City

Unfortunately didn't expect the poor delivery and product service from Home Center Egypt. Despite the respectful team at the showroom located at Cairo Festival but was shocked by the products being delivered to my home.

I ordered a complete living room consisting of 3 pieces, 1 seater, 2 seater and 3 seater.

First the living was delivered nicely on time then faced the following:

While fixing the 3 seater, the team could not fix one of the 3 seater middle leg. The leg was not fixing properly into the wood. After a lot of trials they then modified the screw of the wooden leg to be able to fix it. This was not to see with such furniture from home center.

Then when they removed the seat outer covers, found stains at the 3 seater and 2 seater. Plus a fabric worn on the back of 3 seater.

Was totally frustrated then decided not to accept the 3 seater and 2 seater.

Raised a complaint and the home center call center informed me that ot will be replaced the next day.

The 2nd day, they delivered the 3 seater and 2 seater and was shocked to see another stain on the 3 seater plus the wooden log of the 2 seater was not being fixed and their team had to remove the lower fabric and modified its location

At this point I was very upset and frustrated with the poor products especially when being delivered at the second time with same errors.

I then decided to accept it as its as they wasted my time.

Homecenter Dubai should know about such products as Unfortunately this is not matching the quality we always expect

They even after sending the pictures and videos , didn't even care to call me back

Do not advise anyone to but such products from home...

Non trustworthy store. FAKE SALES AND DISCOUNTS. BAD MANAGEMENT. During the 3'd week of May I found, at mall of Egypt branch, a bar table at the store with original price of EGP 18k, but the store give you in addition a gift coupon amounting 50%of purchased price amount , which is , in this case EGP9K. On Saturday May 30th , I went again and found the same table which original price is 18k , for 13K as the store give you 25% off instead of the gift Coupon. I went to buy it yesterday (Tuesday June 2'nd) , two signs were on the table:one with the reduced amount of 13K and one promoting the 25% off. When I went to pay, the cashier told me the price is 18K!!!!!!! I showed him the two previously mentioned signs which were on the table. He took them off and put a new sign with the original price 18K and said the sale is canceled!!!!!!! When I ask about the manager to speak to him, he was not there. His assistant who's name was Waleed, was also out of the mall. What a MANAGEMENT!!!!! I guess once they know, you want to buy a piece of furniture, they get rid of the discount and cancel the sign.
