Gaby’s CFC — Restaurant in New Cairo City

I visited this place on Friday around 5pm I made an order which took a very very long, the items came out all different times & then I ordered an ice cream and waited 20 minutes just for an ice cream ? I didn’t mind and didn’t complain, I then asked for the bill and the card Machine had issues, The lady who then fixed the card machine and took my payment (wearing a white headscarf) Was extremely rude and disrespectful, no Manners and very very harsh. I was disgusted at her attitude, I’ve never experienced such bad service. No thank you, no sorry, just rude attitude. I asked if I can tap my card and she was rude about it and told me to sit down and wait in a very rude manner, embarrassed me.

I will never ever be returning to this place because of that woman and I will make sure my followers avoid this place at all costs.

The place really exceeded the expectations I had for it. I’ve been there twice — once for lunchtime and once for dinner time. Every time I leave a happy and satisfied customer. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is sweet, and the food is just splendid. I’m vegetarian — finding options for me was quite easy and I appreciate that. I can’t wait to come more often and try new dishes. I would’ve loved having a branch closer to where I live in Madinaty, but this is just worth the ride and the price.

Terrible experience. The waiter spilled a plate of ranch sauce on my wife's clothes. I understand, mistakes happen. But what infuriates me is that they didn't even apologize, offer a complement, or do any kind of effort to make up for their disgusting mistake. My wife went to the bathroom to try and clean her clothes as much as possible. When she came back, we walked away and once again no one tried to stop us or to apologize. Very incompetent and...
