Sizzler Steak House (CFC Mall) — Restaurant in New Cairo City

I am want to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent reservation mishap that resulted in missing the Iftar event and causing significant embarrassment in front of my guests.

I visited their website to obtain the contact information for the CFC branch and proceeded to reserve a table for five individuals . I promptly paid the required deposit and placed the order one day in advance.

Unfortunately, upon the arrival of my guests at the CFC branch, it became apparent that no reservation had been made. After contacting the branch, guess what the guy told me that we are not CFC branch we are city stars branch i started to illustrate to that person this number is for CFC branch as per your website in addition i called you more than 4 times yesterday and today why didn’t you tell me that it is city stars branch, he said sorry the website is not updated and then surprisingly he started talking in s very rude way on of his sentences ( خلي الويب سايت يفطرك ). Despite my repeated attempts to clarify the situation, the staff member I spoke with displayed a shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism, culminating in an offensive remark that left me appalled.

Upon eventually speaking with Branch Manager Ayman, who was apologetic and understanding, it became clear that the error could have been avoided with accurate website information and that the customer service agent clearly mention the branch name. I have attached a screenshot from your website displaying the incorrect contact number for the CFC branch.

The behavior exhibited by the initial staff member was entirely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in a customer-facing role. It is imperative that your website is promptly updated to prevent such incidents from recurring. As a reputable company, Sizzler must uphold higher standards of professionalism and accuracy in its operations. I trust that you will thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

I have submitted a complaint but no body responded to it. they lied and send me message said that someone from the management had called me and the complaint is resolved...

0 Flexibility, absence of professionalism and manners, I faced 3 problems here before and this is the 4th. The speaking tone is condescending and u feel like you will eat in a restaurant under the Eiffel. If the below applies to you, don’t come:

10+ Persons, they will keep you waiting or seat you in a table maximum for 8 as they did with us! (Although there were a lot of empty tables and seats).

Some friends decided that they will join u after a while, the normal thing is that if u ordered you will wait until a bigger table is empty and then u will join, but no, they instead will ask u to wait outside until tables with the full number vacate or for them to sit separately!

If you expect a polite professional tone, don’t come

If your friends are a bit late, you will be asked to keep waiting for them even if u want to sit and order instantly, you will not be allowed and again with a condescending tone.

In case in you have to wait for your turn in the waiting list, they will not take your number, even if the restaurant is vacant and outside is super hot, you have to wait outside, get a sun stroke and keep asking for your turn

Sad that this is happening to one of my favourite restaurants, I never face any problems with...

I recently had a fantastic experience at Sizzler, and I couldn’t wait to share it! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was casual but cozy, and it instantly felt like the perfect spot for a hearty meal. The menu has so many great options, but I went for one of their signature steaks, and it did not disappoint. The steak was cooked perfectly, juicy, and full of flavor—definitely worth the visit.

What really stood out, though, was the service. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the menu, recommending some great sides and sauces to go with our meal. He really knew his stuff and made sure we were taken care of throughout the evening.

The salad bar is another highlight—there’s a huge selection of fresh veggies, soups, and toppings, so you can build your perfect salad. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying, and it made a nice balance to the rich, flavorful steak.

Overall, Sizzler delivered on all fronts—amazing food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal with friends or family, and I’m definitely looking forward...
