Recently stayed at the Triumph White Sand Hotel in Mersa Matruh and it was amazing. The hotel is very clean and location is amazing with a beautiful beach front and surrounded by night life and things to do! Most importantly the staff is amazing and they the reason that made me write this review. The staff makes you feel like family as they are one big family! They go the extra mile and really care about their guest and the overall experience. They made sure the guest had a great time and made sure all needs were taken care of, they really went above and beyond. The manager Negla was so kind and really went above and beyond. The two chefs, Hisham Fahmy and Sameh, are amazing and cooked an amazing traditional Egyptian dinner and made sure all of our needs were taken care of and more. Will definitely be returning to this hotel when I come back. HIGHLY Recommended!!!

We've stayed there for 9 days ... the overall experience was excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in and checkout process are fast and smooth. Warm welcome and goodbye. The hotel is in its startup (about 3 months since opening), so the furniture is new and modern. Deluxe rooms are average in size. The bathroom is clean. Room service and housekeeping are excellent and professional. Restaurant is very good but bit hot during day time. Food is tasty with almost fixed minue in breakfast and dinner (we figured late that you can ask for special requests). The beach is small but clean, water activities accessible from 9:00 am to sunset time. Parking available with fees. Every night from 2200 to midnight there will be a party down in the beach. The only negative thing was the elevators, but they promised to fix soon.

It is a city centric small hotel with access to a beautiful Matrouh attraction beach (Al Gharam). The staff are very friendly and helpful lead by a super nice client service member called Naglaa. The dinner buffet serves varird and good quality food. The hotel has a small beach space surrounding its water by pool ropes for protection from jet skies and speed boats that are quite a lot to a point to be dangerous if in open sea (very suitable for kids). It also has access to a popular Matrouh attraction open water/ wider beach called AlGharam beach that guests can use for an extra 150 EGP per day with a speed boat shuttle (the only pain point for us was having to pay to use their 2nd beach).

Very great experience. First of all, the location was exceptional. The private beach is small but very clean, the ocean was clean also with a lot of activities (jet skies, boats, fishing, Parasailing). The weather after 3 pm is great refreshing. Secondly, the rooms were as good as the photos, clean with side view to ocean, room service were clean with quick response, The buffet was simple,fresh, and delicious with great quality. The drawbacks: .No parking there, 300 E. Pound / day. .The hotel is inside the town so every road to it is crowded. Recommended place to stay for a maximum of two days. I won't be back though.

Beach is nice and clean. The room we got was side Seaview so it was not as nice as wanted. The Panoramic views rooms are better and worth the extra money. Customer service is excellent. Hotel has its own spa that have great services, video games and other table games, the beach is close to another beach that offer various water sports activities. Great accessibility and support for wheelchair and special needs. Ms. Reham provided the hotel wheelchair to support my mom throughout our stay. Security and staff helped my mom with pushing her wheelchair. Thanks for your support and accommodations. Shereen

The beach then beach then the beach, it is marvellous, No need for anythng else in summer while you're staying in Triumph white sands. My stay was HB. Food is delicious, breakfast needs more varieties, and dinner is OK. Despite Beach size being small but you have an option to take a free sea sailing to another private beach in Gharam. beach belongs to only Triumph guests. No extra bed available in this hotel, room furniture has a sofa bed it is Cozy but not comfortable when sleeping
