Best beach in El salvador, $1 car entrance, hotels-lodges from $35 per Night, looking for 4 stars or similar, try roca sunzal, monkey lala, tekuani kal. Fun at night, cover places (most of them $5 entry) and also good free of cover places, just ask. This is the most visited place by tourists in our country, you can definitely make it happen with $20 a night, looking for something fancy and cocktails? try searching : blú bar and the restaurants of the hotels mentioned above. Forgot bikini and towel? Clothing stores open til 7pm or so, no cash? ATM spots around main street (visa, mastercard, amex and discovery) hungry and low budget? Street eateries with salvadorean food(no seafood on sale on street spots) wanna eat some seafood? Lots of restaurants by the beach walking exit. By the way we call it :el tunco, because of the rock formation in the middle of the beach which has a pork snout looking up. Did I mention about surfing? One of the best beaches with waves reaching 7 - 10 ft, 2 - 3...
Read moreThis beach is a rocky beach with lots of seafront restaurant. The beach is beautiful and in my top 5 despite it being rocky. The restaurants with a sea view are some what expensive when your on a budget, 40/50 euro, now that's starter, main and drinks for 2 people- low season. You can go up from the main seafront and get much cheaper prices. I don't surf but this place has both a surfing and a party vib. It's chilled out during the day and the mad rock in the middle is cool. Try do 2 days at least and sock up the atmosphere. There are some Sandy beaches north and south, and they are much quieter and less...

Majority of the shops are cash only, with exceptions to some shops who do accept debit/credit. This beach is not for the weak swimmer, waves are surf quality and are rough, no sand beach here, it's rocks. Beautiful spot to just relax and people watch, alot of...
