DO NOT rent this house! Overpriced, old and in ruins. Old-dirty kitchen. Mold in the appliances (stove, oven, food processor) the fridge doesn’t work. The power outlets don’t work. Bathroom doors are broken. The floors are old. The unnecessary cameras are an invasion of privacy. And she only uses them to spy on the guests and charge extra in case someone visits, even if they dont stay. It is dark because most of the lightbulbs are burnt. The is no closets and the house smells like humid. The walls are dirty. There isn’t any furniture. The property is overpriced and the only good thing is the location and the view. One of the best location it is literally in El Tunco, loved the house and Dina and Sergio greeted us with some fresh coconuts and helped us with our luggage. The house has been recently remodeled, and has one of the best surfing spots right outside!!!
