Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel in Ethiopia was incredibly disappointing. The room was dirty and infested with bed bugs, making it impossible to sleep in the bed. The loud music blaring from across the street added to the discomfort, leaving me with no choice but to spend the night in a chair.

To make matters worse, the restroom was also in poor condition, with an unpleasant smell and lack of cleanliness. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly urge Ethiopian Airlines to reconsider sending their clients to this establishment.

The issues I encountered during my stay were completely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes immediate action to address these concerns. Guests deserve a clean, comfortable, and peaceful environment, none of which were provided during my stopover.

My hope is that my feedback will prompt necessary improvements, ensuring that future guests do not have to endure the same subpar conditions. It's crucial that the hotel takes swift and decisive measures to rectify these shortcomings. Thank you for considering my feedback.
