Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel in Ethiopia was incredibly disappointing. The room was dirty and infested with bed bugs, making it impossible to sleep in the bed. The loud music blaring from across the street added to the discomfort, leaving me with no choice but to spend the night in a chair.

To make matters worse, the restroom was also in poor condition, with an unpleasant smell and lack of cleanliness. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly urge Ethiopian Airlines to reconsider sending their clients to this establishment.

The issues I encountered during my stay were completely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes immediate action to address these concerns. Guests deserve a clean, comfortable, and peaceful environment, none of which were provided during my stopover.

My hope is that my feedback will prompt necessary improvements, ensuring that future guests do not have to endure the same subpar conditions. It's crucial that the hotel takes swift and decisive measures to rectify these shortcomings. Thank you for considering...

I stayed here for a month. Overall, had an okay time. I mostly spent the day out and came back to the hotel to sleep.

The pro:

The regular housekeeper was great and cleaned the room very well and listened when told to fix certain things.

Front desk was available and always answered my questions.

The Con:

Food was not great, breakfast was included in my stay and only managed to eat twice and both times made me sick. Not vegan friendly as well.

Laundry service ruined my clothes twice. Who washes white with colors 😔😒

The whole month I was there, they had construction at all times. Even when trying to sleep.

The icing on the cake was when checking out, even though I paid for the month of December and the nerve of these people had the audacity to tell me in Ethiopia the months are only 30 days and since December has 31 days I still needed to pay for the 1 Extra day 🤣😄

Also, tried to have me pay for room service I never used... Huge scammers

I wouldn't recommend it for long stay, but now I see people mostly uses this Hotel...

I stayed there for one night.||The check in was comprised of a good evening and this is your key.||No welcome information, such where is the restaurant, meal times, wi fi passwords, etc.||The first room was not ready! Still dirty form the previous guest.||Then I went back to the reception.||The second one was ready, I entered.||After opening all my stuff I went to the dinner.||No menu, nothing written. You have no idea what are you eating.||For drink: only water, if you ask for.||When I came back to the room, the key did not open.||I went back to the reception and the manager came with me and opened the room.||I asked: my key is working properly now?||His answer: no.
