Very mean employees. I talked with a woman with brown hair, and wanted to give some feedback on some misinformation that I had gotten when I first were to go up the Flegère lift. I had asked a lady before buying the ticket up to La Flegère on how I could get up to Lac Blanc, and she had said that it was impossible because of the snow, when it indeed wasn't. So when I came down from La Flegère, I just wanted to give some feedback on the information I had recieved before going up there, so it wouldn't be said to other tourists. I came kindly to the desk, told her there was no problem at all, that I just wanted to give her some feedback. She wasn't interested in trying to understand what I tried telling her, and said some mean thing to me in french. Not only did she cuss out the people in the line before me, but she cussed me out as well, saying in french; "Does people today have problems?!", and other similar comments, probably thinking I wouldn't understand her. This is the best place from which to access the gondola (and you can purchase lift tickets inside the station), and is also conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants/cafes.
