Château de Sancerre – Propriété viticole — Attraction in Bourges

We had a lovely tour of the facilities followed by a wine tasting. I can’t remember the name of our host, but can remember she was from Georgia and has just started - you’d never know! She told us the story of the region and the castle confidently, and answered all of our questions. She was very friendly, and guided us though the different bottles expertly. As the place is now bought by someone who will turn it into a hotel ,we couldn't go into the chateau or the tower next to it. Which is such a shame.
