You have to admire the skill of the workmen who carved this path out of the cliff face. And you also should deplore the landowners who walled in their property right up to the cliff edge and so forcing walkers to use a man-made path hanging precariously over the foaming sea in places. You will need a head for heights and you should definitely wear rubber-soled hiking shoes or boots as the rocks are often uneven and are slippery after rain. Read moreAmazing coastal walk with stunning views! Highly recommended! The trail is mostly very good but it has plenty of stairs and some rocky sections i.e. not pram friendly and you need basic fitness level. We walked from Plage de la Garoupe to Billionaires Bay, stopping at Crique Bay for lunch which was nice as it had shade and crystal clear water. Crique Bay is a better swim that Billionares Bay as the water is clearer although a bit rocky.
The number 2 bus from Antibe station takes you very close to the start and end points and only costs 1 euro! You can pay on the bus or at the ticket machine at Antibes Station....
