I was visiting from Portland Oregon, USA. Walking around town and then seeing this place is so humbling. The wife and I walked in. Ok it was cold and dark. But!!!!! The painting kept pulling me in. They were wonderful. We walked around, and felt peace. We sat down and talked to a French gentlemen. He was so friendly, informative, and KIND. A priest walked by and stopped and talked to us. He asked where we were from (USA). It seemed we talked for hours, about everything and really nothing - just talked normally. it funny how a simple act/gesture makes a everlasting impression. I really wish I got this priests name, our visit was January 22, 2025 in the afternoon. To him I want to say THANK YOU. You made me feel a way I have not felt in al long time - at peace and happy. Your simple act of kindness and friendship was humbling and made my entire vacation worth every penny. To those reading this I will say just go there and enjoy the architect and artwork. You will love every minute. And if anyone from here engage you it will be a bonus. Thank You Eglise...
