The worst burger joint experience ever! And I have visited 300+ burger joints... Slow, small, super expensive, and sleazy! 19.80€ for small Coke and very small, unsavoury hamburger!!! See picture. Basically no value for money. I paid American Bulgogi with extra bulgogi (meat), extra onion, and extra cheese, and got none of them. The burger is not even close to the standard version depict in the other picture. But this was not even the worst thing... They brought me the Coke and after waiting 30+ minutes with the Coke I asked, where is my burger. They said that it is coming as I still have the number. Well, after 50+ minutes waiting I went downstairs and they promised to bring my burger soon upstairs. I stated again that please include the extras I paid for as I'm getting really hungry and wanted to have a savory burger. Well, I did not get the paid extras or savory burger after waiting 60 minutes. The secret sauce or whatever tasted like cheap, salty, and greasy barbecue sauce. The place was quite dirty, slow, and expensive. And no rebate or extra coffee or anything such was received although they made 4 big mistakes. Just short "sorry" was said to me. I did not get angry as the place seems to have very poor standards, if any. The girl on next table had trouble with her very greasy salad... GOMU Lille, never again! There are much better burger places in Lille.

Atmosphere and appearance are nice and interesting. Cheetos mozzarella burger sounded tempting but in reality very chewy and plane, kind of tasteless and dry. One with avocado patty is great, tasted nice and not dry. Bowl with rice and chicken has a lot of coleslaw and little dry, so also 4/5. Blue drink is just very artificial lemon taste, cream brûlée bubble tea taste like cold milk, kind of diluted. Service and servings are very good tho Boothes are nice but lacking a bit of light inside, kinda dark to eat

J'ai beaucoup aimé le burger aux oignons caramélisés. Le goût sucré des oignons était assez présent donc cela avait un goût de sucré salé très plaisant pour ma part. Service plutôt rapide, en semaine à 19h30. Malheureusement tout n'arrive pas en même temps, cela n'arrive pas qu'à moi je peux lire ici...un ami a eu sa commande alors qu'il avait commandé juste après moi mais j'avais déjà fini de manger...aucune excuse quand on a demandé quand arrivait sa commande. Pour un resto nouveau, peut mieux faire pour avoir une belle image donc. Frites tièdes sans intérêt pour moi, je ne avais pas pris mais j'ai goûté chez les autres. Les petits morceaux de poulet sont plutôt bons, parfois tièdes, mais sont chers pour ce que c'est. Le prix du burger en revanche est dans les prix. Ce sont les boissons spéciales qui peuvent faire monter la note...elles ne sont pas trop à mon goût sauf la litchi qui a eu ma préférence. La déco est sympa. Pas de musique sauf vers 20h elle s'est mise d'un coup. Dommage que le personnel en cuisine ne suive pas des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité de base : chaussures de sécurité ou protège cheveux par exemple ou bien nous apporte le plat en mâchant bien un chewing-gum... Je mets malgré tout ça un 4, car j'ai adoré le burger.
