My family and I went to watch the show last 24th of November 2024. The show was SPECTACULAR- the performers/acrobats, live band, the lighting, the location (which is near the Metro- Porte de Charenton) BUT we started the show SUPER STRESSED!!! The ORGANIZERS OF THE SHOW IS A HUGE HUGE MESS! We queued for a very long time! Arrived at the venue before 1pm and we got to sit down only like 10mins before the show plus we don't even have any clue where we are going because our tickets was Porte 0. As much as we wanted to ask we didn't even see a single employee going around so we just followed the queue and counted all the entrances until we ended up in Porte 10 and still NO PORTE 0. Since it was the end we followed the people infront of us and climbed to Porte 10 only to be asked to go down again and go to Porte 8. At Porte 8 we have to wait for a long time to be ushered to our seats. The usherette started to tell us that she is ONLY PAID BY TIPS! 😱 and WE DON'T HAVE ANY CASH! Aren't they suppose to pay their employees??? So if you are going there PLEASE BRING SOME CASH. This lady showed us our seats. We haven't even settled down when an usherette started to approach us asking for our tickets and this went on 3x!!! Usherettes would come and go asking for our tickets while rolling out their eyes saying we are not on the right seats!!! So I asked them where should we go? They cannot even give us an answer!!! We are willing to move to our designated seats as long as they show it to us but We didn't get any answer!!! 🤷♀️ It seems they are just putting people anywhere they want. There was even one instance when an usherette placed a family in the Platinum area after asking us. Anyway the seats in the Cirque Phenix are VERY UNCOMFORTABLE because they are tiny- the spaces are not properly thought about so it's very cramped. A bit of movement you can hit the person in front, sides and even the back 😓😓😓 You will constantly feel your seat being pushed by the person behind you when he/she moves his/her legs plus with the weather now it's not helping as you have to carry your jackets and bags. Be careful because under the seats its deep and open where I saw a lot of trash and even some clothes/jackets. So I have to squeeze my bag between my legs the whole show to secure it while the jackets are in my lap. We have to endure this for 2hrs so the 20mins break was a big relief- TO STRETCH. Drinks and Food are allowed inside so better to bring your own food and drinks because the prices of their products are way OVERPRICED. Imagine a cup of Popcorn same size as a drink in McDonald's will cost you...
Read moreIt's close to the metro station, you can go easily by walk.
First, we wait about 1 hour standing outside, freezing, just to enter in the main space, were is a vending machines and Popcorn, unfortunately too expensive. Maybe they can improve on this, with a place to have drink and sit during the waiting time, and maybe with a playground for children.
Second, there were toilets inside, what is good. But then, already inside we find the place very unconformable, for the price we've paid, it was cold, smelled musty and dampness. Seating places were very tightly. And If you are a big lad you will have difficulties. Also, snacks and drinks were highly expensive, during the show. Maybe they could sell cheaper to rise sells.
Third, after all, we still enjoyed the show, it's an athletic show with very good...
Read moreParking was extremely difficult to find because there were 3 different circuses in the same place. Afterwards when we made it inside the usher was unprofessional. She was walking too fast in the dark and left us (a family with a young child) to look for seats which turned out to be uncomfortable. Furthermore the show itself was ordinary. I'm sure the performers/acrobats worked really hard but unfortunately the publicity/hype did not live up to what was promised. The ticket price is not worth it as you still need to pay to use the...
