FNAC Paris - Gare de l'Est

The employees were so helpful and enthusiastic to work there and not only did they put in an effort to look for the product I had been requesting(a4 photo printing paper) but when they didn’t have it at this location the employees were very knowledgeable on where I should go for the product. I really just appreciate coming across their customer service with their positive attitudes, it’s truly refreshing to go to this Fnac in particular. Honestly, the employees were so nice and hard working today (Nov 13th) some of them should be working at the Fnac in the 9th because their customer service could be a real influence to the other employees working at Fnac in the 9th.
