Fantastic find. As for the rooms, this is a new construction, and the rooms are very clean and modern. No carpeting so that you know there is not trapped dust to soil your feet. One note is that the drain in the shower may run slow, and we discovered an odor trap that should be removed if this is the case. The staff there are all extremely friendly and greet you every chance they see you. The included breakfast is one of the most extensive selection of healthy organic options I have every seen. I had my fill of the best yogurts, pastries, cheeses, and fresh fruits every morning, which constrasts with the heavier American/English breakfasts that we encountered in our earlier leg of the vacation. Location is ideal for us as it is near many very interesting restaurants, namely authentic Senagalese cuisine, Pakistini cuisine, and hip French cafes. Right next to the Gare d'Est (east train station) so super convenient to hop on the metro.

SINGLE ROOM - 625,80€ for 4 nights in February 2025 I stayed here for a solo trip as a young woman of color back in February 2025 and this hotel was the perfect place to stay! The room was clean and perfect for a solo traveler. I felt very safe in this hotel. The front desk staff all spoke English and were all people of color as well which made me feel very welcome. The hotel entrance is literally footsteps away from the entrance to the metro station that allowed me to get all over Paris during my stay. I would say however, that the location is not the best at night but it wasn’t too concerning for me since I was already avoiding being out alone late into the evening. And with the metro station being so close, there wasn’t much walking outside if I did get back in the evening. I would 100% stay in this hotel again! There were also many good brunch spots within walking distance which I enjoyed.

I had a short stay in a single room, and it was definitely sufficient for one person. Even though the room faced the street, it was very well insulated from noise thanks to the double-layered windows. The area isn’t as sketchy as most tourists might think, it’s Paris after all. It has gentrified quite a bit in recent years, and I felt safe walking around alone at night as a solo female traveller. The only downside was the gym. There was barely any ventilation, making it quite suffocating to work out. There’s also not much of a lobby space to relax or work from, as the restaurant area is closed outside of breakfast hours. In short, I’d recommend this hotel for a short stay near the train stations.

Worst customer service in the hotel starting with the most horrible late check-out i have ever seen, and cleaning lady put her carte infront of our room and making lots of noise from morning till late afternoon The hotel itself is good but the management and the services were not as expected I had trouble with them regarding late check-out Since the reservation, i was trying to make late check-out order , but they told me when you come and depends on the availbility , so i checked-in and asked for late check-out but they told me to come the following day so i did , and once again was told to come early morning in the day of check-out and see if there is availbilty or not , luckly i got up in the morning and pass by the reception at 8:30 and asked for the late check-out , so they told me Ok at 4 p.m ,so i went out and my family was in the hotel , at 2 p.m they told my family that you have to leave and my family was suprised and shicked cuz we agreed on a specific time but we told them Ok we need 10 mins to pick up our staff fast, this not stopped there but they sent the cleaning lady also to knock on the door of the room and telling is you have to leave,so it was not nice experience this kind of dealing with customer , however you have to pay extra for late check-out which is 50 euros, bear in mind you might pay 50 euros for only 2 hours extra , this kind of behaviour is not welcoming and unfortantely destroy the nice experience in the city , so my family had to evacuate the room and wait in the lobby ,and i got back by 4 p.m and asked for the manager or responsible of customer management , they gave us back the 50 euros and an apology , overall if you want late check-out , you will have to get up early morning of check-out day and demand that , if they agreed they might ask you to leave before the agreed time , if you discuss it with them , they will tell you that they meant this hour and not that hour , so try to get a written form with their signature in it indicating the time that was agreed on, the last thing there was no lift , it was not working and got stuck in the lift after check-in for some minutes and no one came to secue us eventhough we pressed the bottom in the lift and we were not alone but an english speaking family was with us in the stuck, better get yourself a very nice and respectful hotel that prioritize his customers Good luck if you are staying there If there is a zero star i would give it , not deserving one star with this attitude towards his customers Response to your reply (update) First of all , have some manners and get your attitude correct , instead of making it personal , try to be professionnel and deal with the problems . I will be better than you and i will not lower myself to your level. I passed 2 days without problems in communication with your staff but when it is regarding the problem you try to sneak around , anyways , you have the camera in the lobby and in the corridors so you can verify with the sound but instead you choose to not, instead of arguing , you should be dealing with the problem and investigate but unfortanetly , this is NOT professional and reflects the management to the hotel , i saw your replys to other customers and it's the same. I adressed other problems but you choose to ignore it as well Anyways , i write the review for upcoming...

First of all, upon arrival the hotel looked smaller compared to the pictures we saw online. We felt very catfished. The lobby is so small and it’s crowded in the morning when people check in and out and not to forget the restaurant. When we were about to check in, we called them to let them know that credit card we used to book was a gift made from someone else to us and to let them know in advance before our arrival, they agreed but when we arrived to check in they proceed to act as if we did not have such a conversation and dismissed us. We had to leave the hotel once again, tired from our flight and all to go pin out some cash for the deposit and to come back. We finally got checked in, the elevator was dirty and a bunch of graffiti on the outside door of the elevator from floor 1. They also have these inconvenient stair steps on each door to the left from floor 1. We had 4 suitcases which were heavy and it was extremely annoying to have to hurdle over these random steps over and over. It’s so unnecessary and useless. I truly wonder how housekeeping can conduct like this. The workers at the reception seem to not care to help you when you call for anything on the phone. They always give you another phone number to call when you want room service our housekeeping service. We loved the spa and the older guy from the spa. He was very kind and joyful and always helped us with anything we needed that was spa related and so did the housekeeping man but other than that the customer service is a 1/10. Now to the bedroom, it felt very relatively small than we expected again but at that point we kept our expectations small. The bathroom was nice and neat but yhe bed sheets was torn from all corners with big holes. We were so underwhelmed and disappointed we didn’t even have the energy to care anymore. The rooms were so small I’d consider it only to be for just 1 person and not 2. The caipirinha cocktails we ordered to the room was good though. At night when we would leave the hotel from around 10pm-3am to go and experience the night life, the older man with the glasses always watched us so intently and repeatedly and almost as if we didn’t belong. Every time we would go to the lobby to just sit down and get our navigation before we leave, we would be watched. This felt very intimidating to us especially as young women. He would never ask if we needed anything either, just watched us and would ask for our room number over and over again.

It really goes along way just to be kind and helpful towards others. Stop treating your guest like pests. We pay for a service and hospitality, we’d like the same in return. I would not recommend this hotel.

If you’re a tourist don’t let the disappointments take out from experiencing France. There’s so much to love...

Our stay at Hotel Este was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the new and modern decor captivated us. The beautiful spa, pool, and gym facilities offered a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.

The hotel's strategic location, close to the metro and 'hip' suburbs, made exploring the city a breeze. Not to mention, a short drive to the airport and a quick trip to Disneyland added to its convenience. Surprisingly well-priced, Hotel Este exceeded our expectations.

The friendly day staff added a warm touch, and the fantastic breakfast buffet, open from 7 am to 11 am, perfectly accommodated our schedule. Amidst the vibrant atmosphere, the hotel maintained a serene quietness, complemented by good quality linens for a restful night's sleep.

The ambient music in shared spaces and well-facilitated public bathrooms enhanced the overall experience. Remarkably wheelchair-accessible, the hotel's commitment to inclusivity was evident. The organized housekeeping team left our room spotless.

Security was top-notch with keycard swipe access, providing a reassuring sense of safety. And to top it off, our room boasted breathtaking views of both the Eiffel Tower and The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre! Hotel Este truly deserves a rating beyond 10/10 for its charm, excellence, and unforgettable vistas. We can't wait to return to this hidden gem!

Our only critique was the soap in our ensuite and shower, which had a strong organic scent of sage and coriander that lingered for hours. I would recommend the hotel change the scent to a vanilla or...
