Pingwoo BBV — Restaurant in Paris

Vibes are immaculate but if you’re looking for a cute brunch spot I think there are better places here in Paris.

Setting: extremely cute and cozy little restaurant with lots of beautiful decor. We requested to sit upstairs and are glad we did, it’s so cute.

Service: We didn’t receive our silverware or napkins when we got our food so had to flag someone down. We also saw a waiter set silverware on a seat while they wiped down the table before they picked it up and set the table so if you’re picky about sanitization that’s kind of gross. Everyone was nice and accommodating though. They let us custom request what foam art we would like on our drinks which was fun. By the way, they brought our food out at different times too which was kind of strange and a bummer but not the worst thing.

Food: We got the eggs benedict, french toast, and two hot chocolates. The eggs benedict was super underwhelming, the eggs were cooked through and the dish felt too dry. The french toast was incredible, I loved it. The hot chocolates were super cute but tasted kind of bland / watery.

Overall I would recommend this if you’re looking for a really cute place to get french toast and take pictures of 3D foam art drinks. Otherwise, I am not sure I can recommend it but I wouldn’t advise against either.

Édit: Alors, pour la personne du staff qui à répondu, non j'ai pas gueulé sur le staff, j'ai aussi travaillé dans le service et je sais pertinemment que ça n'avance à rien et c'est tout simplement débile de manière générale. J'ai également oublié de préciser, personne n'a eu de petit chat sur sa boisson à part un senior qui c'est longuement plains au niveau du bar. Et s'il te plait, relis toi + utilise un vocabulaire professionnel adapté. 2nd oublie de ma part, non je n'ai pas eu 3d faites après. Je n'en ai jamais vu la couleur.

Visité le 1er Mai 2025. Je viens prendre une boisson ici avec madame, je ne suis pas un grand fan de ce genre d'établissement de manière générale, mais ça fait plaisir a madame. Je prend une boisson ( pêche japonaise litchee) et elle prend sakura coco ( ou quelque chose de ce genre) je m'en sors pour à peu près 14€ ( ouille) je trouve que le prix est un peu outrageant MAIS je me le justifie avec le fait qu'il y a un chat en 3d fais sur le dessus de la boisson. Problème, quand je viens récupérer ma commande je dois demander 36 fois parce que personne ne sait ou elle est, malgré que tout le monde sait qu'elle a été faite, et qu'elle ne fus pas ma surprise, le petit chat en 3d n'est pas fait, et j'ai vérifié ce n'est pas un supplément, c'est même marqué que le chat en 3d est INCLUS dans le prix de la boisson. Donc la je dois payer une boisson extrêmement cher ( pour les ingrédients de base que c'est ) et en plus il manque une partie de la prestation, sans me prévenir, et sans geste commerciales, personnellement, j'appel ça une arnaque/ du vol. Si quelqu'un du service m'avait prévenu qu'ils ne faisaient pas toute la prestation sous prétexte d'être en sous effectif lors d'un 1 mai. J'aurai un tant sois peu considéré la chose, mais la. RIEN j'étais avec madame et pressés, mais sachez le, je ne reviendrais jamais dans cette enseigne, trop cher, de mauvaises qualité, et un service mauvais et je vous décommanderai a toute personne que je puisse joindre. Je précise également, vu la disposition de l'enseigne, je comprend que la gestions des places assises puisse être compliquée, malheureusement personne( aucune enseigne présente dans l'espace partagé) ne s'occupe de la propreté d'aucune chaises, donc c'est dégoûtant sur quasiment toutes les tables. Bref, non recommandables.

EN VERSION General lack of hygienes on the alloted tables/ chair. Terrible service, you kinda have to guess when to pick up your orders. Outrageous prices for what it is + not that good, pretty bad even. And they don't tell you / do nothing about the prices of the drinks even thought the prices includes the cats on top of certains drinks and they didn't do that, and because you pay first before having your drink made, good luck getting a refund or the cat done, they don't care. I remember this location having an unassuming façade and being tucked away in a little corner at the edge of a Parisian intersection. Upon entering the venue, however, I was greeted by a riveting flower décor which highlighted the location’s Japanese aesthetic which in tandem with its minimalist interior design, coalesces into a cozy atmosphere. The food and drinks were good and quite enjoyable, but not particularly excellent. Pingwoo, nevertheless, shone particularly in regard to its whimsical and endearing practice of drawing 3D kittens on the top of their drinks.
