Aslan Kebap Haus — Attraction in Dresden

Ok, so I live in the area for almost 7 years, I visited Aslan on a weekly basis during this time. Last year something wrong happened... there is plenty of a new crew people who seem not to know what to do, or being too absorbed with TV above the entrance door. One of the crew is wayyy to "nice", too friendly, too... annoying. It also happens that staff comments on guests, or stares a bit too much at females (or be too "nice" to females).

I got my order misunderstood already few times (which usually increased the final price; I should've commented on that on spot but I did not, as once one of the crew was very sure that they are at right). The quality of food also decreased, either the ratio of food-to-sauce is wrong, or sauces get blunt over time. Lahmajun also decreased in quality... I like this place, but every time I go there last 1 year I am disappointed. The prizes increased, paying threshold using card also increased to 20 euros (was 10 euros), but the service quality decreased. It happened that we invited foreign guest to show "nice kebab place" for a quick lunch and we waited 40 minutes to get rather mediocre food.

Again, I don't hate this place, but last year the quality of staff and food significantly decreased. 3 stars...

Aslan has built up a super location near Uniklanikum, CRTD, and Bcube DZNE. The staff is courteous and friendly, but sometimes painfully friendly with females. The facility and seating for pickup are generous. The donor loaves are fantastic. The order and delivery service is very convenient; everything arrived quickly, but the food did not impress me; everything tasted the same. They should introduce some variations in cheese. I've eaten better kebabs, durum, pidde, and pizza there in 2019 and 2020. Despite the fact that it is inflation time, the price of a normal Azlan donor is highest in this area. You can do it, but you don't have to. New digital menu screen make this place more attractive and new addition of home made lamb is good in menu.

Really liked the food here .. n to add on the service was even more better .. both the staff taking the order were super friendly and very helpful and courteous. They helped us decide our order and served us really well. I had ordered chicken tavuk and just loved the taste. The spices were perfect, the taste was awesome, the softness and tenderness was just perfect and grill was well done. Also we ordered cheese cigars and they too very nice, delicious n crisp. And vegetarian pizza for kids, which was nice also. N mix grill which didnt impress me much because the lamb chops didnt have any seasoning or even salt on it and the kebabs were just okay. But the small boneless pieces of meat and chicken were awesome. They also served some bread that was freshly baked and...
