pro: -globe theater got rid of the singing and have some awesome acrobatics now. still could get rid of the moderation. -Arthur still has the best chocochino in the park -super clean park area including the loos -shows when the rides are busy are nice -short cues when is raining -really good salad bar in the French restaurant next to Ireland -lots of ok places to eat in general almost always pricy -vegetarian hotdogs in Norway area

con: -the ice show got even worse never thought that would be possible (it was paddington and obviously no good idea to let a person in costume that can barely move be the main character). just nice ice skating no sorry would be a nice surprise -helloween and xmas are definetly the times to come Easter decorations are just ok. -got served cold food in the rock n roll dinner on a slow day. order the Burger without tomato or something like that to force them to make it fresh. staff was nice tho. 30 euros for two burgers and to medium drinks and they were not hot. next time three piglets it is. -bamboo Baai has no proper show anymore just way too short show sniplets. -way to many smokers but nothing compared to Disney Paris -animal shows -grumpy personnel in the morning at the entrance -dinosaur ride and Euro sat still being remade (sad bout dino ride) -Arthur breaks down a lot still. -some really slippy areas when wet (all of the metal flooring in silver Star for example) -can't choose seating on wodan and blue fire except for front row (last is best in my opinion) -if you were a fan of milka you better get used to lindt as they changed sponsorship -the haunted house is always paced to fast sometimes you don't get any of the jump scared. -smell in the alley between haunted house and Cinema is bad on most days (the loos...

Liebe Leute, heute gibt es mal keine Bewertung über Achterbahnen, Zuckerwatte oder den neuesten Trends im Bereich "Wie kriege ich meinen Mageninhalt wieder runter", sondern über die Veranstaltungshalle "Europapark Arena".

Stellt euch vor, ihr geht in eine Arena. Arena klingt ja erstmal groß. Man denkt an Gladiatoren, an große Shows. Tatsächlich war es so, dass der Saal, ohne Übertreibung, bis nach Frankreich bestuhlt war. Ich saß irgendwo in den eher hinteren Reihen und konnte den Künstler nur anhand seiner winzigen Bewegung wahrnehmen. Er sah eher aus wie eine Stecknadel. Wäre auch eine Puppe gewesen – keiner hätte es gemerkt.

Akustisch lief es nach ein paar kleinen Nachjustierungen eigentlich ganz gut. Man konnte ihn hören, ob das nun er war oder irgendeine Audiodatei – keine Ahnung. Das Raumklima war angenehm, die Toiletten waren sauber. Das sind die Dinge, die einen wahrhaftig trösten, wenn man sich wie im Kino auf den hintersten Plätzen fühlt und hofft, dass es wenigstens Popcorn gibt.

Mal ehrlich, wenn ich eine Arena mit so vielen Stuhlreihen und Blöcken fülle, dann sollte doch sichergestellt sein, dass die Leute nicht wie bei der Vogelbeobachtung mit Fernglas und Teleskop anrücken müssen, um mehr als nur einen entfernten Schemen zu sehen.

Also, Europapark Arena: Der Sound war gut, die Toiletten waren sauber, aber der Künstler hätte genauso gut ein Daumenkino aufführen können. War trotzdem ein Abend, den man nicht vergisst – auch wenn man vielleicht eher nicht so oft drüber...

So much fun! Recommend getting there as early as possible and ride all the big rides first before the lines fill up, doing all the little stuff during lunch time, then doing big stuff again at the end of the day to maximize your fun!
