Level Bar & Lounge — Attraction in Accra

I enjoyed everything but the food. It took too long to arrived and when it did I found out they served me a spoiled beef. I let them know and the manager came to apologize and try to save the night, he offers multiple time to offer me something on the house as well but I didn’t really wanted to try something else since I never experienced such a thing and didn’t want to risk having stomachache on my vacation. They finally changed my order to lamb but when the food arrived I’ve been waiting for so long I wasn’t really hungry anymore so I took it home.

The drinks were good and the people were so nice to us. I believe we met the owner when one of the lady messed up our reservation. I can tell he truly care about his customers because he was paying attention while we were talking to the lady and asked us what the issue was. We explained and he told us to seat wherever we wanted to. So shoutout to the owner!!

The ambiance was sooo good! Everyone was vibing and enjoying themselves.

If I ever go back to Ghana I might go back to this place again but only for drinks and...

Saw their Instagram ad so decided to visit on my Ghana vacation. Went for a date night and wasn’t disappointed.

Servers were well dressed and neat. They were very courteous and attentive. My cocktail was excellent as well. My date also enjoyed her food and complimented the staff though it’s on the upscale when it comes to pricing but then again, not surprising considering the ambience and aesthetic appeal.

Definitely a place to wow your date and take beautiful photos. Just make sure you have enough on you. Expect to spend around 500gh per head for food and drinks, plus tips for their great customer service.

The bouncers were also nice and polite, likewise the lady by the front entrance who allowed my date in though she had slippers. It was a slow night so she was lenient with the dress code but advised us of the proper dress code for the establishment.

Terrible service .it takes ages to get served.i feel sorry for the owner (s) with the kind of investment in there, they need to do better with their service. The POS machine wasn't working and we were delayed cos the last option was to do momo, we had to make our guest pay with momo, imagine the stress. The waiter who served us was a thief, she double our drinks and we had to pay double we didn't even realized that cos we were already stressed after the pos nonsense. And when we confronted him, he said the next time we come, we will get drinks on the house 😂😂 imagine
