Such terrible service!!!! It was my first time there today, I ordered salad and tigernut and blueberry milkshake with a friend, only for the salad to arrive almost an hour later with no sign of my milkshake. After several promptings, the milkshake came after 20 more minutes and was tigernut and banana, not blueberry 😐 And I'm allergic to bananas 🤨 On top of all this nonsense, they came back to tell us we had ordered 2 extra packs of salad which we obviously hadn't ordered, they were just totally confused!!!!!! Now bring us the bill too another 15 minutes, we had to calculate what we bought from the menu and pay ,and we definitely refused to pay for the milkshake! So terrible, get your staff up and running else you'll eventually lose all your customers😐 Never coming back, never recommending to anyone else.

Food: Tried this place out for the first time and to be honest, I thought it was going to be my last, but I'm planning to revisit for their yam with garden eggs stew. I was invited by friends to taste their rice, and I ended up enjoying Tilapia for the first time. I'm not a huge fan of tilapia so to enjoy any bit of it, that should tell you ChopShop has a trick!

Seating: Unfortunately, the Osu branch's space wasn't life-changing for me. It's quite small, it could pass for a hidden spot for couples and people looking for a more intimate setting.

Aside the food and seating, the Sobolo (Roselle juice) at ChopShop is chilling.

So I ordered food(boiled plantain and kontomire stew) around 12 :25 and I asked how long it would take. I was informed that I will get my food by 1 o clock I called at 1:10pm First of all the gentleman got my order wrong. He had ordered boiled yam because that is what they have and he claims he heard. First of all how he heard yam when I clearly mentioned plantain beats my mind. He apologised for the delay nd assured me that I would have my food by 1:30pm I decided to give some extra time and called at 2:00pm only to be informed that the food was still not ready.
