Radiotaxi Kalamatas — Attraction in Municipality of Kalamata

Today I took a taxi from the RadioTaxi KALAMATA Before entering the taxi, I explained to the driver what I needed to do. I asked him to take me to a place to pick up something that I forgot and back. The whole trip actual cost was 4 Euros (as in the receipt it is mentioned 3.83 Euros). However, the driver charged me 9.25 Euros because he said he waited long for me. This is not true. The whole trip took 10 minutes. But the driver manipulated the time in printing the receipt to show that it took very long. He took me there and he waited exactly 2 minutes for me to go and pick up the forgotten item.

When I complained that I could have taken 2 taxis for a total cost of 8 Euros, he told arrogantly that he is the president of the Radio Taxi Club and I can do anything about this.

Worst service ever. The call center lady was so rude. I was telling here the address and also asked to local guy to help me, but she insisted that the address didn't exist. She could at least make the effort to help me, she's supposed to work in costumer service...she just said that she was busy and to call her again. Called another taxi company, Kalamata taxi,and it was all perfect. Not...

One of your taxi drivers nearly killed me and my two-year-old son. 🤬 I had just placed my son in the taxi and was about to get in when the driver hit the gas instead of the brake. My little boy was thrown forward, hitting his head on the front seat, while I was dragged along the street.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Police charges will be filed. I will never use your...
