Mosaiko — Restaurant in Municipality of Kalamata

We went to Mosaiko twice during our stay in Kalamata which says something in itself.

It's in a great location on a small pedestrianised road near the old centre of the town. It is a family run restaurant and they care about quality. They offer traditional Greek fare, and make a point of using locally sourced food of high quality which is then prepared and cooked very welll.

Important to the experience was the attentiveness of all the staff. Without being intrusive they worked hard to.make us feel welcome chatting with us at length about the town and Greece in general.

This restaurant has amazing foods and everything looks good. They even make ice cream look good. They have an amazing sense of foods and the people that work here are very friendly. And the chairs are very comfortable. In my opinion, I think that this place has really good cheese. I think it’s pretty helpful that they have WI-FI. The restaurant has a cosy atmosphere. Staff were very polite and accommodating. We asked to move tables as it was a hot evening. They went above and beyond to ensure we have a pleasant evening. As for the food, we tried 4 dishes all of which were delicious!!! Don't miss the traditional pasta from Mani with Mizithra cheese and the beef with sfella cheese and tomato.
