As far as the location is concerned, the appartments are placed within the heart of the ancient town of Kalamata. Additionally, it is close to some wonderful coffee shops and bars. We loved the morning walks at the central square of the town which is 5 minutes away, on foot. On top of that, the room was very convenient and we didn' t miss anything. The impressive design of the room was a definitely pay-off for us since we decided to relax some afternoons spending some time on the couch of our living-room. Nice renovated apartment nearby the old town center, but far from the beach and coastline. Parking not so easy to find. Regarding the room: on the website it says 2 bedrooms- in reality it's a bedroom and a sofa in the living room. Room is not very clean, spots and stains everywhere, walls, windows, kitchen counter. Reservation was for 3 pax and we found only 2 glasses for water, 2 chairs in the kitchen. Communication with the owner and manager was good during the reservation and the check in process.
