I live here in Palaio Faliro for 4,5 years now the beaches here are sometimes clean and nice but somerimes there is a lot of trash swimming in the water close to the beach, coming from the nearby stream Pikrodafni, where the wastewater from the sewers mixed with trash is running unfiltered into the sea. Lovely free beach that’s easy to reach by tram. The trees along the path offer plenty of shade if you need it. There are free showers, toilets and changing spaces.
